This draft policy document is to provide guidance for the delegates of the Chief Immigration Officer (now titled Director of WORC with the change in law). These staff members are delegated with decision making powers on behalf of the Director of WORC.
We are intimately familiar with this process and these roles, having worked in the roles of Administrator and Acting Senior Administrator.
This 70 page document details the factors that must be considered by decision makers when reviewing temporary and annual work permits, varying work permits, revoking work permits, refusing work permits and more.
